How we do things
A note on condition & expectations
Collectibles can occasionally pick up surprises from the shipping world. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as you receive it so we can review the issue, help you, and (when needed) file a carrier claim.
We do ask that customers avoid gluing, repainting, or repairing items before contacting us - this can limit the options we have to make things right.
