1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchanges.
2. Product Condition & Return Window
Condition: New only
Return window: 30 days
To qualify, items must be:
- New / unused and in original condition
- In the original manufacturer packaging
- Packaged securely for return shipping
Items that are used, opened (if applicable), altered, or not returned in original condition may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
3. Return Method & Fees
Return method: By mail
Return label: Free (download and print)
Restocking fees: No cost
For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label that you can download and print.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)
- Photos of the item and any issue
We’ll help resolve the issue quickly and provide return instructions as needed.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Your order number
- The reason for your return or exchange
- Photos (if applicable)
If your return is approved, we will email you a free, downloadable return label and return instructions.
