After shipment, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 5-11 business days.

Bronze & Brass is based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Orders are fulfilled through supplier and fulfillment partners, with tracking provided when the order ships.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees
We ship only to the 48 contiguous United States
We do not ship to PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada, international destinations, or FPO/APO addresses
Shipping carriers may delay packages beyond our control

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Our Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be new/unworn and in original condition and packaging
  • Damage or defect claims must be reported immediately upon delivery
  • We do not accept returns that have been altered, repaired, or glued
  • Approved returns receive a prepaid return shipping label and there are no restocking fees
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable except when we shipped the wrong item or where required by law

We may cancel or refuse orders for suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
