Bronze & Brass — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bronze & Brass. This policy outlines how and where we ship, typical delivery timelines, and what you can expect when placing an order.


1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the 48 Continental United States.

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • PO Boxes
  • International destinations

Orders placed with an unsupported shipping address may be canceled and refunded.


2. Processing Time

Most orders ship within:

  • 1–2 business days (many ship the next business day)

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has shipped.


3. Shipping Methods

Our fulfillment center selects the shipping method best suited for your delivery location. Shipments may be delivered by:

  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • UPS

We are not able to accommodate carrier requests once an order has been placed.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

After an order ships, delivery typically occurs within:

  • 3–7 business days, depending on distance and carrier volume

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, seasonal delays, or carrier disruptions.


5. Tracking Your Order

Tracking information is emailed as soon as the package leaves our fulfillment center.

To track your order:

  • Follow the tracking link in your email, or
  • Enter your tracking number on the carrier’s website

If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unclaimed delivery
  • Refused delivery
  • Undeliverable address

Please contact us and we will help arrange the next steps.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items

Damage or defect claims must be reported immediately upon delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims reported after a delay may not be eligible for replacement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the carrier for additional delivery details

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will assist with the next steps.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they enter the shipping process. Once processing begins or an order ships, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery (see our Return Policy).
