Here’s the quick + simple rundown on how shipping works at Bronze & Brass.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO, PO Boxes, or international destinations.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (not counting holidays). After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on distance and carrier volume. Once it ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.
How much is shipping?
- Standard Shipping: $4.00 on orders $0–$78.99
- Free Shipping Over $79: Free on orders $79+
Tracking updates
Tracking can take a little bit to “wake up” after the label is created. If it hasn’t updated in 24–48 hours, reach out and we’ll take a look.
Delivered… but I don’t see it
If tracking says Delivered and it’s not there:
- Check front/side door, garage, mailroom, concierge, etc.
- Ask anyone else at your address.
- Give it 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark it early).
Still nothing? Message us with your order number and we’ll help with next steps.
Damaged or defective items (tell us right away)
If something shows up damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery. That gives us the best shot at helping quickly and working with the carrier if needed.
Send us photos of:
- The outer shipping box (and label)
- The inner packaging
- The item + the issue
Wrong item shipped?
If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll make it right. Please let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide return instructions before you send anything back.
Once the incorrect item is returned and inspected, we’ll ship the correct item or issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Forwarding / third-party carriers
If a package is delivered to a carrier/forwarder in the USA and then forwarded to another destination, we can’t be responsible for damage that happens after that handoff.
Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or an undeliverable address, please contact us and we will help arrange the next steps.
