We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Our return window is 30 days from the date your order was delivered.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the
same condition that you received it. Collector boxes must be pristine. Items that have been
opened, assembled, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping
Approved returns receive a prepaid return label. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect,
we will also cover the return shipping and help arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@bronzeandbrass.store with your order number (e.g., #12345) and the reason for your return.
- If the item is damaged or defective, include clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will respond within 1-3 business days with instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If your return is
approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your
original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, place a new order for the item you want and contact
support to arrange the return of the original item. We'll waive the restocking fee on your
new order once we receive the returned item.
